Terms of Use
Plain rules for using Kupkop. By creating an account you agree to them.
About Kupkop
Kupkop is a stray rescue, adoption, and donation portal for Pasig City. Admins review every report, application, and donation before anything happens to it.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Each person may have one account. Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if someone else gets into your account.
Kupkop checks every account with a photo of an ID before you can report a stray, apply to adopt, surrender a pet, or donate. Admins may approve or reject a submission, and may deactivate an account that breaks these terms.
Reports and applications
Answer truthfully. A false rescue report, a made-up adoption application, or a fake ID can take help away from an animal, and we may remove the account behind it.
Submitting a report or application does not guarantee it will be accepted. Admins decide, and an adoption is final only when an admin marks it completed.
Surrendering a pet
A surrender application asks Kupkop to take in your pet. Your pet stays your responsibility until an admin approves the application and arranges the handover.
Donations
Kupkop does not process online or card payments. You send your cash or items yourself, then submit the details on the donation page. A donation counts once an admin confirms it was received.
Confirmed donations appear on a public list under your first name, or as Anonymous if you choose that. Kupkop does not give financial help to pet owners.
What you may not do
Do not post false or harmful content, harass other users or Kupkop staff, upload photos you have no right to share, or try to break into or overload the site.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
